Kingston Elementary Kids in Covenant Run

Saturday as part of the Knoxville Marathon Race Covenant Health Care sponsored the Covenant Kid's Run. Kindergarten through 5th grade runners from the area were challenged to run the 26 mile marathon length a mile at a time and run their last mile into Neyland Stadium.

In this shot Kaitlin Stiles, Chloe Bledsoe, and Derek Hamilton cross the finish line with Seth Justice peeking through right behind them. 

Just over one thousand kids were registered to run, 48 from Kingston Elementary. Many of the kids had parents running alongside and able to see themselves on the Jumbotron as they crossed the finish line.
